Other than as described in the Information Requests section, The Ski Dock will not sell, rent or distribute your personal information, including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, Social Security Number, bank account numbers, other account numbers, email address and date of birth, without your express permission and consent.

Information Requests
Unless required by a boat manufacturer, component manufacturer, lending institution, insurance institution or federal, state or local agency, to complete a purchase or service transaction on your behalf, and except as may be required by applicable law, we shall not, without your written consent, disclose, sell, rent, or share any information you provide us. We will undertake reasonable precautions to preserve the confidentiality of such information. We will not release any personal information unless you request in writing that personal information be provided to a third party, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy.

Ownership of Data
You, as a Customer of The Ski Dock, are the sole owner of all your personal and other information collected by The Ski Dock. The Ski Dock is housing that data on your behalf and is not the owner of the information.

Selling, Renting or Distributing Data
We will not sell, rent or distribute this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this policy.

Sharing
We may share aggregated demographic information with third parties. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

The Ski Dock collects information from our customers at several different points during the sales and service process.

In order for The Ski Dock to properly fulfill our obligation to you, it may be necessary for us to supplement your personal information with information collected or provided from a third party source. Billing for Goods and Services
We may use a bank wire transfer or credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. The Ski Dock has taken many precautions to protect your personally identifiable information. All of our customer information is restricted in our offices.
