This was my first experience with Ski Dock; and it has been a really good one. We had been waiting in line for a new Yamaha 25" for some time and Brad was being very courteous with us along the way. One day we stopped by just to check our status in line and he offered, without any push, a higher trim semi-used. We went ahead and the whole transaction was very smooth: from negotiation, financing, in-water technical delivery and after-sales. Special kudos for the last two. We bought a Chaparral ski boat and are very pleased with it! Ski Dock always provides the best customer service and go above and beyond! Once while launching our boat we run into an issue with our trailer. Thad Kelley had a technician come out to repair our trailer and by the time we came back from boating, it was fixed! Ski Dock employees are always very professional, friendly and never let us down!

I bought my first PWC from them, during the long wait until my ski was delivered I called and dropped by with multiple questions and Sebastian and the other guys gladly answered all of them. When the ski arrived after several months, the delivery was quick and painless. My ski came with a problem from factory and the service team worked on fix it very quickly and always kept me updated of their progress. Now, there's another happy rider on the water. Thank you!

I have bought a few boats from the ski dock. Always a great place to do business with. Whether, I’m buying a surfboard, boat parts or a boat they are always Texas friendly. I recommend giving this place a shot. They are super low pressure as well, which is nice.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Purchased my 2022 AR250. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, and such a smooth process. John was very transparent during the waitlist process, did a thorough walk through with us upon delivery and has made himself available during our journey with our new boat. Kevin was very professional and got our financing done like a breeze. Mason helped us with all of our watersports questions, him and John both got us setup for Wakesurfing, and even explained the basics on setup, settings, and basic how-to, can definitely tell they are experts in their jobs. Had an older model waverunner that had an oil pressure warning issue and wouldn't run. I was prepared for the worst. While it took some time for them to get to it (over a month), they did me right. Turned out to be a minor problem which they fixed. Charlie in service is the bomb! Kept me informed the whole way.

Been having the same Yamaha dealer in the San Antonio area do my yearly PM services - they are also who I bought my 08' AR230HO new from. Due to several years of their lack of thoroughness and overcharging me for their PM services, I decided to look elsewhere this year. After researching for another authorized Yamaha Power Boat service provider within a couple of hours from me, I came across Ski Dock. From my first call to them late last year to my interactions with Winston and Charlie over the past couple of weeks - I can't be more happy with the service and fair price I was charged for this year's PM and a few minor repairs. Bottom line, it's worth my time and the drive from the South East side of Bexar county to Ski Dock in N.W. Austin. I don't mind paying a fair price for a job well done and on time. I know the importance, especially during these times of the Covid-19 pandemic, of paying folks a fair price for their services. However, you mix-n the great customer service along with the fair price...I don't mind driving almost 2 hours to have Ski Dock service my boat. I will be coming back to Ski Dock going forward. . .and even buying my next Yamaha jet boat from them as well. Have fun and safe boating!
